This is where it gets very interesting, and it’s why every American worker needs to be re-inventing themselves right now. Only 42% of modern businesses rely on permanent employees. This means that 58% companies have already transitioned into a new ecosystem for workforce. This new environment, known as the new “open talent economy”, lets companies hire the best talent (on demand) as temporary gig workers, contractors, and consultants. By implementing this method, businesses are able to choose using the most recent highly skilled and flexible talent pools anytime.

With the work environment constantly changing, today’s workers have must act now to upgrade their skills for the in the future. In the in the near future, you co-workers will be robots and machines.
